परिणीति ने जो कश्मीरी पंडित न्यूज ट्विटर हैंडल का लिंक शेयर किया है उसमें कई ऐसे केसों का उल्लेख किया गया है जिनमें कश्मीरी पंडित महिलाओं के साथ कश्मीर में बलात्कार की वारदात हुईं परंतु उन्हें इंसाफ नहीं मिल सका ।
इन केसों को शेयर करते हुए कश्मीरी पंडित न्यूज ने लिखा, “भारत की कुछ अभागी बेटियां जिन्हें कभी इंसाफ नहीं मिलेगा ।” आपको बता दें कि, कठुआ गैंगरेप की जांच सीबीआई द्वारा की जा रही है । इस मामले में चार पुलिसवालों के अलावा तीन अन्य लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है ।
