The Gandhi dynasty’s dominance over Indian politics has to end some day and what we are witnessing today is perhaps a turning point in history. As usual, when Pt Jawaharlal Nehru was the Prime Minister of India, there used to be a discussion in political circles that after Nehru who , then came Lal Bahadur Shastri, whose almost 18-month rule proved more worthy than Nehru's 18 years. Any how now again a whisper is on that after Sonia who? Though neither she is a Prime Minister nor President of India, just the president of Congress not more than that. Recalling back, when Narasimha Rao was the Prime Minister of India in a Congress working meeting somebody twitted why not Sonia Gandhi be made president of the party. And Narasimha Rao immediately responded "why all of you see towards only one family". But the slave mentality of the party taught Rao a lesson.
