Sir V. S. Naipaul had called the Taj Mahal a vulgar, crude building, a display of  power built on blood and bones. "The Taj is  so wasteful, so decadent and in the end so crue l that it is painful to be there for very long.  This is an extravagance that speaks of the blood of the people." As one famous Telugu poet wrote,  "It is not to remember who built the Taj Mahal. It is to remember who  are the labourers" THE story has been challenged by Professor P.N. Oak (1917 - 2007), He was the author of "Taj Mahal: The True Story", He believed the whole world had been duped by the history regarding this monument. Great fb friend Astara Chandra  Here is just one example from the 19th century, written by Mirza Jan, the author of a historical work known as Hadiquah-I-Shuhada that appeared in 1856: “…wherever they found magnificent temples of the Hindus….the Muslim rulers in India built mosques, monasteries, and inns, appointed mu’assins, teachers and store-stewards, spread Islam vigorously, and vanquished the Kafirs. Likewise they cleared up Faizabad and Avadh (Ayodhya), too from the filth of reprobation (infidelity), because it was a great center of worship and capital of Rama’s father. गुरु तेग बहादुर सिखों के नौवें गुरु को समर्पित दिल्ली के चांदनी चौक का गुरुद्वारा शीशगंज गुरुद्वारा साहिब के नाम से जाना जाता है। इसका निर्माण की नींव बघेल सिंह ने 1783 में डाली थी। इसी जगह पर मुगल बादशाह औरंगजेब के आदेश पर गुरु तेग बहादुर का सिर काट दिया गया था। उस समय कई लोग ने औरंगजेब के खौफ में अपना धर्म परिवर्तित किया था। औरंगजेब ने गुरु तेग बहादुर को भी धर्म परिवर्तन का आदेश दिया था, लेकिन सिखों के गुरु ने इस आदेश को नहीं माना और 11 नवंबर 1675 को इस्लाम में परिवर्तित होने के लिए मना कर दिया। इसी स्थान पर शीशगंज गुरुद्वारा गुरुद्वारा बनाया गया। औरंगजेब के आदेश से गुरु तेग बहादुर का सिर काट दिया गया और उसके बाद शहीद गुरु तेग बहादुर का पार्थिव शरीर अनुयायियों के दर्शन के लिए रखा जाता उससे पहले ही उनके एक अनुयायी लखी शाह वंजारा ने चुरा लिया और गुरु जी के शरीर का संस्कार करने के लिए अपना घर तक जला दिया और उस जगह पर रकाब गंज साहिब गुरुद्वारा स्थापित हुआ। गुरु तेग बहादुर का शीश आनंदपुर साहिब लेकर उनके अनुयायी भाई जैटा पहुंचे और शीश के संस्कार से पहले उसे एक रात के लिए तरोरी ले जाया ...

आर.बी.एल.निगम , वरिष्ठ पत्रकार  संजय लीला भंसाली की फिल्म पद्मावती पर अब छत्तीसगढ के एक शाही घराने के व्यक्ति ने कहा है कि, संजय लीला भंसाली को रिलीज से पहले अपनी फिल्म राजपूत संगठनों को दिखानी चाहिए क्योंकि यह फिल्म उनके इतिहास से जुड़ी हुई है। छत्तीसगढ़ के शाही परिवार के सदस्य दिलीप सिंह की बहू हीना सिंह ने कहा है कि, फिल्म में जिस तरह से एक रानी को घूमर में डांस करते हुए दिखाया गया है यह आपत्तिजनक है क्योंकि, राजपूत रानियां इस तरह किसी के सामने नृत्य नहीं करती थीं। हीना सिंह ने कहा कि मेरे परिवार की मांग है कि फिल्म को रिलीज से पहले हमें दिखाया जाए क्योंकि यह इतिहास की बात है। सिंह ने कहा, ‘इतिहास साक्षी है कि किसी भी राजपूत घराने की महारानी ने किसी के सामने भी कभी नृत्य नहीं किया। वे लोग इस तरह से इतिहास से खिलवाड़ नहीं कर सकते।’ शाही घराने के सदस्यों ने कहा कि डायरेक्टर को इतिहास की और महारानी पद्मावती की इज्जत करनी चाहिए। रानी ने 16000 महिलाओं के साथ मिलकर जौहर किया था और अपना जीवन हिंदुत्व और राजपूत संस्कृति के समक्ष समर्पित कर दिया था। हीना ने कहा कि हम बस...
