Yes, we a mango people in a Banana Republic

When you’re married to the mob, so to speak, you get to see society in a way that ordinary mortals don’t get to see. But the rules work differently for the mob. On the highway of life, the mob doesn’t stop for traffic lights. It instead bends the arc of the rule of law to work to its advantage. And if a member of the mob has been “blooded” into the family, he can zip along unhindered by such mundane matters as traffic rules. Hell, even red lights can turn green if you’re sufficiently high up in the hierarchy. There is a proverb,"You show me the man, I will show you the rule. Not only Indians but the world over everybody is witnessing dare devil dance of our politicians. Always small fish is booked, can any body dare to catch a shark. Since 1948 (Jeep Scandal) till date thousands of scams have taken place, but if a common man had committed at least 10 per cent of such scam, must have die in jail but see here scamsters are enjoying either they are in jail or out. Why P.Chidambaram poking his nose ?

WHO's been taking a sneak peek into Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law Robert Vadra’s income tax records? Looks like it’s Finance Min ister P Chidambaram. Right from the hour that Kejriwal and Bhushan went public with their charge against Vadra and DLF, this has been the Congress leadership’s unwavering line of defence: that Vadra was a private individual, and it was improper for an...

Guns set to target 10, Janpath

Arvind Kejriwal claims to have exposed the nexus between Sonia Gandhi‘s son-in-law Robert Vadra and construction firm DLF. On October5, Kejriwal provided details obtained from the Registrar of Companies which show that DLF gave properties to Vadra’s companies at throwaway prices. “It is simple. It looks that DLF wanted to give money to Robert Vadra for which some companies were created,” said Keriwal. According to the document released by Kejriwal, with share capital of Rs 50 lakh, five companies created by Vadra acquired companies worth more than Rs 300 crore during 2007-10. “The ostensible seed money for this acquisition is shown to have come from unsecured interest free loans from DLF Ltd (over Rs 65 crore). The bulk of the properties are also purchased from DLF at a price is shown far below the market price,” said the document. “Is DLF giving all these properties to Robert Vadra because the Congress party is giving undue favours to DLF? Prima facie, this is crime under P...
