The Intelligence agencies both from internal and external sources have indicated a high alert about a probable threat  from Rohingya refugees from Myanmar illegally staying in India.  This dangerous alert has been sounded after a recent interception suggested that some of Rohingya refugees are in touch with the Saudi Arabia-based ‘Gulf Rohingya Council’ which is also connected with Lashker-e-Toiba and Pakistani Intelligence agency ISI. “There are possibilities that Rohingya Muslims might be exploited by ISI to support jihad…There is also a possibility that Rohingya youths may be waylaid into a radical path,” the intelligence input said.
