The accused, Sulaiman Shaikh , has been booked under Indian Penal Code sections 354 (molestation) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of women), after at least four Std 10 students complained that Shaikh would repeatedly harass them. According to the complaint, Shaikh, 35, would summon the girls and show them video clips of him having sex with other students. “He would tell the girls that he had ensured that the students who had sex with him cleared their preliminary exams, and those not willing to fall in line would be failed,” the complaint said.
