आर.बी.एल.निगम, वरिष्ठ पत्रकार  संविधान का मजाक बनाना आज एक फैशन बन गया है। चुनाव जीतने पर शपथ संविधान की खाते हैं, लेकिन राजनीति समाज को बाँटने की करते हैं। आखिर किसने अधिकार दिया इन्हे संविधान का मजाक बनाने का? जब संविधान सबको बराबर का अधिकार देता है, फिर किस अधिकार से दलित, अनुसूचित जाति के नाम पर सियासत करते हैं? क्या इसी तरह से संविधान की रक्षा होती है? समझ में नहीं आता जनता संविधान का मजाक बनाने वालों को वोट देती ही क्यों है? हिन्दू जब अयोध्या, काशी और मथुरा की बात करते हैं, तो सबको संविधान खतरे में नज़र आने लगता हैं, लेकिन जब स्वयं जाति आधारित राजनीति करते हो, तब क्या संविधान सुरक्षित नज़र आता है?  2002 गुजरात दंगों के बाद एनडीए सबसे पहले छोड़ कर जाने वाली कौन सी पार्टी थी? सभी जानते हैं। एनडीए छोड़ते वक़्त क्या इन्होने तत्कालीन गुजरात मुख्यमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी से कहा "ट्रेन बोगी को आग लगाने वालों पर कहर बन टूट पड़ो, देश तुम्हारे साथ है।" लेकिन उस समय नज़र आयी कुर्सी। जो नेता अपनी कुर्सी बचाने तुष्टिकरण का सहारा लेते हों, देश का क्या भला करेंगे। ऐसे ही नेताओं और पार्टियों...

Andhra Pradesh has topped the ease of doing business index, with a score of 98.42 per cent, among all states and Union Territories. Andhra’s neighbour Telangana (98.33 percent) has been ranked number two, followed by Haryana (98.07 per cent) at number three and Jharkhand (97.99 per cent) and Gujarat (97.96 per cent) at number four and five respectively, in the rankings released by the government on July 10. Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and Rajasthan are the other states in the top 10 of the list. The national capital Delhi (31.60 per cent) has been ranked 23, dropping from 19 in 2016, in the third edition of the list. Meghalaya was ranked last at 36th position. The rankings were published by the Department for Industrial Policy & Promotion (DIPP), which is under the commerce and industry ministry.
