Shocking: Brazen cheating in exam caught on camera, Bihar education minister says can’t shoot them

Despite the deployment of police and invigilator, 

the cheating occurs on full swing.

 In a shocking disregard of responsibility, Bihar Education Minister PK Shahi has said that he couldn't shoot people who were helping their wards to cheat in exam. He was reacting on brazen cheating in exam carried out in Hajipur and Vaishali districts of Bihar.

He said he had given orders to respective district magistrates to take action in the case.

An exam cheating racket has been caught on camera, operating with impunity in Hajipur district of Bihar. Some of the incidents of cheating are so brazen that it raises a question on the administration whether they had any counter-cheating mechanism in place for board exams or a free hand is given to the cheating mafia.

Not only by the contractors but students also 

take cheating material inside the exam centre.

 Here is how the racket operates:
As soon as question papers are distributed, the entire cheating racket swings into the action. The question paper reaches cheating contractor, who starts looking for answers in guess-papers and solved papers. They write the answers in a sheet and send it inside. Despite the deployment of police and invigilators, the cheating occurs on the centres.

Shockingly, some of the students not only take cheating material inside the exam centre, but also write their exam by keeping the material on desks.

This shocking racket is running for several years in the school.

 Similar, scenes were witnessed when ABP Team reached Vaishali district’s Vidya Niketan School. To get their wards through in the examination, parents scale these walls and pass cheating material to the students. It is reported, that yesterday, three people fell from these walls and got injured. One of the injured people is said to be in a serious condition.
