I was shocked to watch one JNU professor Nivedita Menon
lecturing on How India is imposing Military Raj on half the country
which claims to be Democratic?
SO SLOGANS BY JNU STUDENTS “PRO AZAADI” ON KASHMIR IS JUSTIFIED?.
I have heard Arundhati Roy talking on the same lines on Kashmir saying Kashmir never was a part of India as India claims. She in fact works closely with Separatists Groups of Kashmir. There are certain groups that are sympathetic to Pakistan’s stand on Kashmir. These groups are headed by separatists who are known to receive huge funds from Pakistan for challenging Jammu and Kashmir’s accession to India.
“We all know that the world today believes that India is illegally occupying Kashmir,” she added.
Further spitting venom against the state, she said, “India is an imperialist country. Here 30-40 percent of the country is under control of the army in the name of special forces laws, which are used to crush the people.”
“Atrocities are being committed from Kashmir to the northeast and in Chattisgarh,” Menon noted, adding that “Manipur and Kashmir have been illegally occupied by the Indian state.”
IF THIS IS NOT AN ACT OF SEDITION AGAINST THE REPUBLIC OF INDIA, WHAT IS IT?
Has this JNU Proffesor who is so vocal about Human Rights of Kashmiris ever spoke about what is happening in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir and the Kashmiri people in POK being treated like slaves, no development is taking place, no basic infrastructure is developed, basic needs are not provided and the POK region is only used to breed and train Terrorists to Bleed India.
Has this Professor ever raised her voice about the “Human Rights” of Kashmiri Pandits who were overnight asked to leave J&K? Who were told to leave their women for the personal enjoyment of the so called Freedom Fighters of Kashmir? Who slaughtered many Kashmiri Pandits, raped their women and looted their properties? Has she ever raised her voice for these Kashmiri Pandits who are living in their own country as Refugees?
Has she ever visited these Pandits in Delhi to see their plight living in slums ?? Today she is giving lecture on Human rights of Kashmiri people.
It seems that, some professors of the prestigious university are the real culprits, who are infusing hatred for the country amongst the youngsters. JNU Professors are crossing their limit and abusing the rights given by Indian Constitution on “Freedom of Speech and Liberty” which never has been “Absolute”. No country in the world gives rights to its citizens to rebel, revolt and challenge the Constitutional terms set to protect the Sovereignty, Unity and Integrity of the country.
What we are witnessing today is clearly violation of our constitutional terms and an act of “Treason” against the state in brazen violation.
It is not just that. This Anti India Group is involved in “Destabilizing Indian Polity” and derailing with their hate campaigns against present elected government led by PM Modi. This gang is a part of the same ” intellectual mafia” that initiated Award Wapsee political propaganda against Modi government on the argument of “growing intolerance” by the majority Hindu community.
These are the same people who are working with corrupt Congress and
the corrupt NGOs claiming to be advocating the cause of Human Rights.
If JNU professors (Many of them are of the same views against India) are provoking students to revolt and rebel against the state, it is a serious situation that needs to be dealt firmly.
We have not seen anyone of these so called “Human Right Activists” fighting for the Rights of thousands of innocent men, women and children of Sikh community who were butchered, burned, set on fire in 1984 Riots?? Who was involved in well organized “Pogrom” of Sikh community? Was it not Congressmen?
What about the rights of Bhopal Gas victims who till today have not got Justice and not even the compensation? Isn’t it a fit case for the Human Rights which were violated by Union Carbide and when the time came to do justice to many thousands who lost lives from the Deadly Poisonous Gas Leakage and many thousands who became physically handicapped, disabled, maimed, are suffering but no Navedita Memon, no Arundhati Roy, no Medha Patkar, no Teesta Setalwad think they too are human beings and justice must be done to their Human Rights too???
NO… UNFORTUNATELY NONE OF THESE ACTIVISTS ARE SEEN FIGHTING FOR THE SIKH COMMUNITY, BHOPAL GAS VICTIMS, GHODRA TRAIN VICTIMS WHO WERE SET ON FIRE TO BURN ALIVE, OR THE RECENT MALDA RIOT VICTIMS OR PURNIA RIOT VICTIMS WHERE HINDU FAMILIES WERE THE VICTIMS??

If these ungrateful Free Loaders, enjoying at our cost, and talking of “Bharat Ki Barbadi”and Freedom for Kashmir, West Bengal, Assam, Manipur, tomorrow they will add even Hyderabad and Goa and Demand “Azaadi” for all these Indian states.
