THE State Assembly elections are due to take place in the states of Assam, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Kerala and Bengal. Various political parties such as the Indian National Congress, Nationalist Congress Party, Communist Party of India, Trinamool Congress, DMK, AIADMK etc. are going to participate in it both at the National and State levels. These parties are known ‘more for their sinful activities and less for their activities in public interest’. We take this opportunity to publish the misdeeds of the main political parties in these states, from the matter available with us. SENIOR BJP leader Venkaiah Naidu, while addressing an election rally at Kozhikode in Karela on April 10,2011 said the Congress-led UPA government at the Centre would not last long and alleged that the Prime Minister had "miserably failed" to tackle corruption.
