Hindu trader brutally murdered by drunk Jihadis for protesting beef & whiskey near Temple

December 28, 2015 Leave a comment In an Islamic Christmas, Hindu trader brutally murdered by drunk jihadi picnickers after being chased to cook beef and drink whiskey near a  Vaishnava temple near Shantipur, West Bengal.  The spot is very much sacred to the Hindus. The locals say that the icon of Bhakti Movement,  Shri  Chaitanya Deva visited the place and one of his divine associates, Sri Advaita lived here for sadhana (sacramental activities) at Babla at the outskirt of Shantipur in Nadia, WB. The life is peaceful here now at “Sri Sri Advaita Path  Ashram ” at Babla area beside NH 34, but they came to this place to violate the holy place with an evil Jihadi attitude. On the Christmas day on Dec. 25, when their clan clerics issued fatwas not to observe the day publicly in merriness in   Lakemba, Australia  or in  Islamic World , they reached Babla Picnic spot early and stationed near “Sri Sri Advaita Path” – a  Hindu   Ashram to violate and pollute the place to get some e

‘Truth has come out’: BJP gloats over Congress’s embarrassment on anti-Sonia article

The  BJP on December 28 gloated over Congress’s embarrassment following publication of articles critical of Jawaharlal Nehru and Sonia Gandhi in its mouthpiece, saying the “truth” it had been “hiding” has come out. Rubbing salt in the wound of former Congress MP Sanjay Nirupam, who is the editor of the journal, Union minister Prakash Javadekar “congratulated” him and quipped he was known for such write-ups when he was the editor of the  Hindi  edition Shiv Sena mouthpiece ‘Dopahar Ka Saamana’. Nirupam, who was in Sena before he joined Congress, and before Sena he worked in RSS mouthpiece Panchjanya, is also the president of Mumbai Regional Congress Committee, which publishes the magazine ‘Congress  Darshan ’. Though initially Nirupam sought to wash his hands off the controversy by claiming he had nothing to do with the articles, he later admitted the “mistake” and sacked the editorial content in charge. “The Congress journal which is named Congress  Darshan  should be called

Universities Or Fraudsters?

The continuous landing of Indian students at these two universities is raising eyebrows of people as they are linking it to terrorist attacks in the country. However, they claim that they are not blacklisted. Due to this issue, the Silicon Valley University issued a statement saying that rumors of it being blacklisted or proceeding with extra screening measures are not true. SUV students are safe and not being targeted. Similar to SUV, Northwestern Polytechnic University is also rumored to be blacklisted. It said in a statement that there are media outlets who are distributing false reports about it being blacklisted by US government. It clearly stated that it’s false. On Monday, about 30 odd students appeared at the building campus. Most of them belonged to Hyderabad and nearby regions. They stated that almost 70% students are from India in the university. However, they emphasized that their stay is legal with proper documentation and visa. They attend classes. T

Congress sacks content editor of Mumbai mouthpiece that criticised Nehru, Sonia

Even as the Congress marks its 131st Foundation Day today, the party has been in a fix over an article published in the party's Mumbai unit mouthpiece Congress Darshan. The article squarely takes potshots at not just party chief Sonia Gandhi, but also blames Jawaharlal Nehru for the current state of affairs in Kashmir and India's ties with China and Tibet. Later in the day, the content editor of the magazine, Sudhir Joshi, was sacked from the magazine. The article, written without a byline, has been published in this month's issue of the magazine as a tribute to mark Sardar Patel's death anniversary on December 15. The article states that Nehru should have listened to former home minister Vallabhbhai Patel on international affairs. The article adds that the relationship between the two leaders was strained and that if Nehru had embraced Patel's foresight, many problems in international affairs would not have arisen. "Despi

Congress, A Cult Without A Moral Compass

The conduct of the Congressmen during the National Herald court hearings show that they see themselves as servants of the Gandhi family and friends instead of servants of the nation. It is money over morality. Watergate to Heraldgate More than 40 years ago (1970s), I was a student in the United States when the Watergate scandal hit the headlines. There were televised hearings of the bipartisan Senate Watergate Committee conducted the investigation. The issue was misuse of power by President Richard Nixon and his staff. The hearings which were conducted in orderly fashion, with no one rushing into the well of the Senate floor to disrupt the proceedings. (This would get them arrested and expelled by the Senate Sargent at Arms and his security guards.) Nixon resigned as President when it became clear that he would be impeached and likely to be ruled guilty of “Obstruction of Justice”, the legal term in the U.S. for trying to misuse position to derail investigation. It is worth not

Muslim prayer hall sacked by Corsican mob on Christmas Day

AJACCIO, France:  Demonstrators ransacked a Muslim prayer hall and attempted to burn copies of the Quran on the French island of Corsica Friday, police said, following a night of violence that left two firefighters injured. Tensions had mounted in Ajaccio on Christmas Day after two firefighters and a police officer were wounded overnight in Jardins de L’Empereur, a low-income neighbourhood of the city when they were “ambushed” by “several hooded youths”, authorities said. On Friday afternoon around 150 people had gathered in front of police headquarters in the island’s capital in a show of support for the police and firefighters, officials said in a statement. But some in that crowd broke away to join as many as 600 who headed for the housing estate where the violence took place the night before. They shouted slogans in Corsican meaning “Arabs get out!” or “This is our home!”, an AFP correspondent reported. Nearby was a Muslim prayer room and a small group smashed the gla

The Flame Of Corruption Is Ablaze In India

In last few days again news related to corruption has rocked the parliament & nation as a whole. First the case of National Herald got the top place in the news item in which the president & vice president of great old national party have been involved. The winter session of Parliament is being wasted, session after session is adjourned on the plea of vendetta politics over the National Herald case. Congress leaders cannot escape from its responsibility to run the parliament. Law of the land must be allowed to take its own course. The matter is under subjudice . In last Parliament election Congress has sized into ever lowest height, mere 44 in numbers. Even then they are not ready to read writing on the wall. But at the same time BJP is too responsible for hurdle in smooth functioning of the parliament. Congress is doing the same thing what BJP has done in last two parliaments. Parliament is temple of democracy where arguments are made & consensus is forge

Sonia, Rahul Gandhi get bail after rare court date over alleged fraud

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul made a rare court appearance on Saturday and won bail in a case of alleged graft they say Prime Minister Narendra Modi uses in a vendetta against their family. Hundreds of members of the Congress party were massed outside the court premises in Delhi in a show of support for the torchbearers of the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty that has ruled India for most of its post-independence era after 1947. In the case, a prominent member of Modi's Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has alleged the Gandhis misused party funds to illegally acquire real estate assets worth millions of dollars. The Gandhis deny any wrongdoing and on Saturday said they would not be deterred by attempts to frame them. "I appeared in court with a clear conscience as every law abiding citizen should do," Sonia told reporters after the court hearing, where she was flanked by several senior party leaders, including former Prime Minister Manmohan

Soldiers should kill the enemy, not lay down lives: Defence minister Manohar Parrikar

Defence minister Manohar Parrikar on December 13 said that soldiers should be asked to kill the enemy instead of being told to lay down their own lives. “It was said that soldier is ready to lay down his life for country. I am against it. Why get killed? Don’t get killed. Kill the enemy. See the record of one year and you will see the result (of the instruction),” Parrikar said. He was addressing a reception hosted by the state BJP here on his 60th birthday. Recalling the country’s counter-insurgency operation in Myanmar earlier this year, Parrikar said, “After Indian soldiers were martyred, we called for the meeting within three hours. I have got support of (home minister) Rajnath Singh.” “After Myanmar crisis, we held meeting within three hours and the entire operation was kept a secret. As per official statement we conducted the operation on Indo-Myanmar Border. But one should know to read between the lines”. The counter-insurgency operation was carried out by commandos

The Unconstitutionality Of The 99th Constitutional Amendment Act

The present case, is different from any previous case, concerning the merits of the two decade old Collegium system. While previous cases, debated on the meaning of the word “Consultation” in Article 124 and 217 of the Constitution of India , the present case decided on the constitutionality of an Act, which sought to change the basic structure of the Constitution. The basic structure has been interpreted to include; the separation of powers between the legislature, the executive and the judiciary. The courts have further expanded on this interpretation to include, the independence of the judiciary. This means, that the Parliament under Article 368 must preserve this distinction of power, in any, and all Act enacted by it. If any Act violates this rule, the court will hold the Act to be unconstitutional. The basic structure must be preserved, and no act of the Constitution can amend, nor nullify this basic structure. The Court has interpreted that the appointment of Judge

Not afraid of you, will fight till last breath: Arvind Kejriwal to PM Modi

A new, bitter standoff between the Centre and Delhi government, which found an echo in Parliament, plunged the Capital into turmoil December 15  after the CBI searched the office of the Chief Minister's Principal Secretary in an alleged corruption case, prompting an angry Arvind Kejriwal to accuse Prime Minister Narendra Modi of using the probe agency to "intimidate" him and his government. As the AAP and the Centre traded charges, Kejriwal said he was the target of the CBI raid and Principal Secretary Rajendra Kumar was just an "excuse" -- a charge Finance Minister Arun Jaitley rejected in Rajya Sabha where the government was attacked for going after Opposition-ruled states. Announcing "CBI raids my office" via a tweet, Kejriwal attacked the Prime Minister: "I'm telling you Modiji, you may have scared others but I'm not among those who can be intimidated. I'll fight till my last breath." "When Modi cu

70 Percent of students unaware of freedom movement

It is amusing, yet alarming. Seventy per cent of Class VIII students in the country are not aware of the freedom struggle, while 55 per cent believe the Supreme Court is part of the Indian Parliament. Also 69 per cent do not know why the Swadeshi Movement was launched during the freedom struggle. Just about 45 per cent know about the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre ordered by General Dyer and other atrocities committed by the British. Less than 50 per cent have an idea of the names of the India’s main rivers, while only 50 per cent know why oxygen is essential for sustaining life. This information was revealed in a survey conducted by the National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT) based on data collected from 6,722 schools, 24,486 teachers and 1,88,647 students through tests and questionnaires from 33 States and Union Territories of the country. The purpose of the study was to provide important insights on whether the elementary education system has a beneficial effect

1 lakh Muslims gather in Muzaffarnagar, demand death for Kamlesh Tiwari

MEERUT :  There is no end to the troubles of self-professed  Hindu  Mahasabha chief Kamlesh Tiwari, who courted controversy with his statement against the Prophet Mohammed, as close to one lakh Muslims gathered in communally sensitive Muzaffarnagar to protest against him. The protestors demanded the death penalty for Tiwari and asked for a stricter law against hate speech. “Kamlesh Tiwari has offended Muslims across India and he needs to be punished. We cannot hear any such words against our Prophet. The sentiments of Muslims should be respected. We demand that action be taken against Tiwari at the earliest. This kind of venom cannot be allowed to spread in society,” said Haji Ehsaan, a leader of the Ittehad-e-Mliiat, a Muzaffarnagar-based Islamic organization. The organization printed pamphlets, inviting people to gather at the city’s Shiv Chowk to protest against Tiwari’s remarks. Close to a lakh people gathered at the spot. Javed Ansari, Samajwadi Party’s media convener for

‘Democratic’ Sonia Vs ‘Dictatorial’ Modi

The Congress party characterises Modi as a dictator and by implication, presents Sonia as a democrat. Whether a popular leader is a dictator or a democrat is tested by conduct. An unpopular dictator is an oxymoron. A dictator may become unpopular but no unpopular person can ever become a dictator. How a leader behaves when in position of power — particularly when his or her position is under threat — offers the most reliable test. A popular Indira Gandhi was tested twice. Once in 1969 when her senior colleagues dissented her individualistic style. She used State power, backstabbed the party and defeated the party nominee in the election for the President of India and captured the party with the help of the enemies of the party by forging an ideological alliance with them. This destroyed the democratic Congress party as the nation knew till then. She put the party under her virtual dictatorship. She changed the very paradigm of national politics from politics of ethics and character t
